About the FIRST UKRAINIAN HOT-DIP GALVANIZING PLANT
We have built first in Ukraine hot-dip galvanizing plant using up-to-date standards and approaches to business processes. We have purchased the most advanced technologies and equipment.
We have used advanced experience of German and Polish hot-dip galvanizing plants. In technological process we use only the best materials and chemicals supplied by leading European manufacturers. Together with zinc we use aluminium. This adds more aesthetically beautiful look to fabrications. In a short time we are also going to add nickel and bismuth to the bath.
Hot-dip galvanizing
Zinc coating forms an alloy with steel surface. It covers all internal and external units of the element that is galvanized.
The article is immersed into the bath with molten zinc at 450˚ C. After the treatment there forms an oxide carbonate layer on the galvanized article. It protects safety layer from further oxidation.
Annual consumption of the coating makes 2mm.
Service life of galvanized in such a way metal with thickness – 80-100mm makes 20-65 years. Service life of the coating also depends on aggressiveness of the environment.
